XLTS for AngularJS Material v1.1.28 Released

This is the first XLTS for AngularJS Material 1.1.x release! 🚀

As such, there have been updates to the License and the Security Policy. New security issues should be sent to security@xlts.dev.

The XLTS for AngularJS Material 1.1.x releases are supported separately from the XLTS for AngularJS Material releases. The XLTS for AngularJS Material 1.1.x releases do not contain the breaking changes found in the XLTS for AngularJS Material releases (from AngularJS Material's major 1.2.0 release).

Additionally, the XLTS for AngularJS Material 1.1.x releases support use with XLTS for AngularJS 1.5.x, where XLTS for AngularJS Material (1.2.x+) only supports XLTS for AngularJS (1.8.x+).

For AngularJS Never-Ending Support (formerly XLTS) clients, we found this CVE last year and issued a fix immediately. For all others, as Google’s official AngularJS long-term support partner, we encourage you to either:
